Hello! And thank you for visiting my website. I am Judy Dugdale, a Realtor® with GSH Real Estate since 2002.  The center of my geographic area is Hampton, but my buyers and sellers are also in Newport News, York County, Suffolk, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Chesapeake, Virginia.

I made Virginia my home when I moved here in the mid-1990’s from England and became a US citizen in 2001. The entire Tidewater region really spoke to me – with the water, the temperate climate, the lovely gardens, the abundance of cultural activities, the history, and of course, the houses!  

My professional life has been devoted to housing, including 15 years in the UK. I truly enjoy people and helping them every step of the way with buying and selling real estate. I ensure that I am informed and aware of the latest industry trends and guidelines so I can be the most effective representative I can be. It is a pleasure working with people from all walks and stages of life, from first-time buyers to seniors ready to downsize, to investors seeking land.

For me, I chose to work in real estate because it is about much more than just buying and selling. It really is about service and satisfaction for my clients; as my company’s slogan says, it is about,  “Guiding you all the way home.”  That, to me, is fulfilling, knowing I have done the very best job I can do as a representative of the Realtor® community-- trained, educated, ethical professionals.

I am proud of my track record. Since I joined the GSH team, I have earned increasingly higher sales awards from the Peninsula Association of Realtors®(VPAR), and in 2006 I was awarded its highest accolade, the Platinum Award. I am consistently one of GSH’s top 20 agents out of more than 400, for both sellers and buyers.

I am fortunate to count many repeat customers among my past clients. Referrals are THE BEST way to begin a new client relationship; I appreciate this way of doing business.

I have a network of trusted contacts at mortgage firms, insurance agencies, termite and moisture companies, inspectors and staging professionals. These people are part of my team, with my overall goal being to provide outstanding service and satisfaction to my clients, every step of the way.
